About the Opportunity
Were partnering with local schools in San Jose to bring on a dedicated Special Education Teacher for a contract role. This position offers the chance to support students with diverse learning needs while maintaining flexibility in your work schedule.
What Youll Be Doing
- Create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Deliver tailored instruction in small group and classroom settings
- Work closely with general education teachers and support staff
- Track student progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Foster a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
- Active California Special Education credential
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
