Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Previous experience working with students from Early Childhood to Grade 12
• Expertise in tailoring instruction for various grade bands, including elementary, middle, and high school (K-12)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Ability to individualize math instruction and curriculum adaptation across age groups
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that support the academic and social growth of students with learning differences
• Collaborate with general education teachers, aides, and support staff to develop effective instructional strategies

• Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring, ensuring compliance with IEP goals and state regulations
• Cultivate positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues to promote a cohesive learning experience
• Attend and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities as required
