What Youll Do
Provide specialized instruction to students with disabilities
Develop and implement instruction aligned with student IEPs
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
Work alongside general education teachers, administrators, and related service providers
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Communicate effectively with students, families, and school staff
What Youll Need
Bachelors degree in Special Education or related field
Valid California Special Education teaching credential or eligibility
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to a new school environment
