In this role, youll provide 1:1 instruction to a student with moderate-to-severe needs, allowing you to make a direct and measurable impact. Qualifications:
- Valid California Special Education teaching license
- Experience or confidence supporting students with moderate-to-severe disabilities in a 1:1 setting
- Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction and behavioral support to a student with moderate-to-severe disabilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with school teams, therapists, and family members to ensure holistic educational support
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and compliance guidelines
