In this role, youll provide 1:1 instruction to a student with moderate-to-severe needs, allowing you to make a direct and measurable impact. Qualifications:

  • Valid California Special Education teaching license
  • Experience or confidence supporting students with moderate-to-severe disabilities in a 1:1 setting
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored instruction and behavioral support to a student with moderate-to-severe disabilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with school teams, therapists, and family members to ensure holistic educational support
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and compliance guidelines
