Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas Special Education teaching certification
- Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
- Deliver differentiated instruction aligned with students unique needs
- Collaborate closely with general education teachers, aides, and related service providers
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary
- Engage with families and caregivers to support student growth and success
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Encourage and nurture self-advocacy and independence among students
