Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid teaching credential in Special Education
• Experience working with students in grades Pre-K through 12
• Solid understanding of differentiated instruction and IEP processes

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Dedication to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Design engaging lessons to accommodate unique learning styles and needs
• Deliver math and other core instruction across multiple grade levels
• Collaborate with support staff, families, and general education teachers
• Foster a classroom culture rooted in respect, encouragement, and growth
• Track student progress and adjust strategies to maximize success
• Maintain accurate documentation while adhering to regulatory requirements
