What We Need:

• Valid Missouri Special Education certification
• Experience working with elementary (4th-5th grade) and/or high school students, especially in resource or ELA co-teaching settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families

• Commitment to individualized educational planning and implementation

What Youll Do:

• Provide direct instruction in either a 4th/5th grade Resource Room or a high school Special Education ELA classroom (pull-out and co-teaching models)
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to promote student success
• Track student progress and adapt instruction to meet varying needs
• Communicate with families to celebrate achievements and address areas for growth
