Essential Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
- Learning Disabilities (LD) licensure highly preferred
- Strong background supporting high school students in special education settings
- Demonstrated expertise in reading intervention and executive functioning support
- Experience implementing IEPs, conducting progress monitoring, and academic accommodations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a high school LD caseload with a focus on reading and executive functioning interventions
- Provide direct instructional support to students in a high school environment
- Offer specialized intervention and track student progress
- Foster positive relationships and collaborate with educational teams
