In this assignment, youll serve seven onsite positions across specialized caseloads, ranging from autism services to early childhood and homebound special education. Expand your expertise by working within different federal settings, adapting your instruction to student needs, and learning from experienced SPED leaders. Qualifications:
- Valid MN teaching license required (in Special Education or relevant area)
- Experience with ASD, DCD, and/or early childhood special education preferred
- Willingness to work onsite at various school locations in Saint Paul
- Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct instruction and tailored support to special education students, including those with autism, developmental cognitive disabilities, and homebound students
- Manage caseloads of 4-19 students depending on assignment
- Work within multiple settings (inclusive, specialized, itinerant, ASD/DCD)
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with families
