Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education (required)
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), early childhood special education (ECSE), developmental cognitive disabilities, or homebound instruction strongly preferred
• Ability to manage caseloads ranging from 419 students depending on placement
• Adaptability and strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct academic, behavioral, and functional support to students in various settings: autism-focused, itinerant, developmental disabilities, and homebound
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with school teams and families to ensure student success
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to all state/district guidelines
