Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Special Education Case Manager for a full-time position near St. Paul, MN. This role will focus on initial evaluations, IEP compliance, due process timelines, and special education records.

Position Details:

  • Coordinate and oversee initial special education evaluations
  • Gather and analyze student, assessment, and observation data
  • Prepare evaluation and due process documentation
  • Support case managers with IEP and compliance timelines
  • Review student records and identify compliance concerns
  • Ensure special education files meet IDEA and Minnesota requirements

Requirements:

  • Active Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota teaching license
  • Special education licensure
  • Experience with special education evaluations and IEPs
  • Knowledge of IDEA and Minnesota special education compliance
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
