What Were Looking For:
- Valid Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching License (required)
- Experience teaching special education students (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with staff, parents, and students
- Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Dedication to fostering a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized instruction in alignment with students IEPs
- Differentiate teaching strategies to meet a variety of student needs

- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Track student progress with ongoing data collection and adjust plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
