Job Description

In this role, you will manage a Learning Disabilities (LD) caseload at the high school level, with a primary focus on reading intervention, executive functioning support, and specialized instructional support tailored to high school students. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering targeted intervention, monitoring progress, implementing IEPs, and ensuring students receive the accommodations they need to thrive academically.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold an active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License
  • Learning Disabilities (LD) licensure strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated history of supporting high school students with special needs
  • Proven ability to deliver reading interventions and executive functioning support
  • Experience with IEP development, progress monitoring, and academic accommodations
  • High school SPED experience and reading intervention background highly valued
  • Ability to quickly adapt and collaborate with established educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
