Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota teaching license in special education (active status required)
• At least one year of experience teaching special education
• Ready to work with elementary, middle, and high school students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs across various age groups
• Develop, modify, and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to align with each student's goals
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
• Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes
• Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment
