Qualifications

  • Active Minnesota PELSB Special Education Teaching License (Tier 1 or 2 accepted; Tier 3/4 preferred)
  • Endorsement in Emotional or Behavioral Disorders (EBD)
  • Experience in center-based elementary special education preferred
  • Flexibility and commitment to working onsite only (no virtual roles available)
  • Willingness to work with fluctuating caseloads

Responsibilities

  • Teach a center-based elementary caseload (approximately 11 students, enrollment may vary)
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff and families
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
