Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Delivering targeted instruction to middle school students with diverse learning needs and behavioral profiles.
• Collaborating with fellow educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Creating a supportive classroom environment that fosters growth, confidence, and independence.
• Adapting instructional materials and methods to different learning abilities.
• Managing student behaviors and promoting positive interventions as needed.
• Maintaining communication with parents and participating in team meetings.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification with Mathematics (EX) endorsement.
• At least one of the following special education endorsements: Autism (SV), Cognitive Impairment (SA), Emotional Impairment (SE), or Learning Disabilities (SM).
• Experience working with middle school-aged students.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
