Key Qualifications:

• Current South Carolina Special Education Teacher Certification is required
• Experience working with elementary-aged diverse learners (K-5) is highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
• Ability to implement IEPs and adapt curriculum to individual student needs
• Flexibility, creative problem-solving, and a compassionate approach

What You'll Do:

• Deliver effective, engaging instruction for students with varied learning needs in K-5 classrooms
• Develop, implement, and evaluate Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and families to promote student achievement
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Help cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and special projects as assigned
