Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teaching Certification
• Experience working with students in grades Pre-K through 12, including early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school
• Proficiency in designing and adapting curriculum for individual learning needs, particularly in math
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and the ability to collaborate in creating, implementing, and tracking progress
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and multidisciplinary staff
• Creative, patient, and flexible approach to teaching and behavioral management
• Prior contract or travel teaching experience is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver differentiated instruction in a variety of core subjects, with a focus on mathematics
• Modify existing curriculum and classroom activities to meet specific students needs
