Key Qualifications:
- Hold active Special Education teaching credentials in Missouri
- Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder highly preferred
- Ability to complete fingerprinting and background clearance as required
- Passion for innovative, individualized instruction and effective communication with students, families, and support staff
Position Overview:
- Serve one elementary school, working with a K12 caseload to support students academic and social development
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday
- Develop and execute tailored ASD programming and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collect, analyze, and utilize student data to enhance instruction and goal setting
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation for educational programming
- Integrate assistive technology and communication devices to foster learning and engagement
