What Were Looking For:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential (state-issued or eligible for reciprocity)
• Experience instructing students in one or more of the following: Kindergarten, Elementary, Middle, or High School grades
• Background in differentiated instruction, particularly in math
• Strong collaboration skills with educators, related service professionals, and families
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for supporting children of varying abilities
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and data-driven instruction
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom with diverse learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver individualized lessons to students in grades Pre-K through 12, with an emphasis on math concepts
• Implement accommodations and modifications to meet IEP goals and learning styles
• Document progress and communicate candidly with families and staff
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development
