Job Description
This full-time, onsite position is for a Special Education Teacher supporting elementary and middle school students in Redford, MI. The role focuses on providing specialized instruction and support to students with significant cognitive, developmental, and/or behavioral disabilities within a school setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver customized educational programs tailored to students' individual needs
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Maintain a positive, supportive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- Active Michigan Special Education teaching license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening
