For the 2026-27 school year, we're seeking three dedicated Special Education Case Coordinators to support elementary, middle, or high school students with diverse needs. Youll work closely with educators, students, and families to develop individualized plans and facilitate student growth. Qualifications:
- Meets all current state special education teaching requirements
- Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Coordinator (elementary, middle, or high school a plus)
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads and documentation
- Committed to in-person instruction and coordination for the 2026-27 academic year
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as case coordinator for an assigned grade level (elementary, middle, or high school)
- Collaborate in a dyad model at the high school level, working closely with an in-person special educator
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Coordinate services and support for students, liaising with parents, educators, and specialized staff
- Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, and advocate for each student's needs
- Participate in meetings, training, and professional development as required
