Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative and/or school-based setting, ideally in urban communities
  • Spanish fluency is required
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Strong organizational abilities, detail-oriented approach, and commitment to follow-through
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse community
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting the schools mission and fostering academic success for all students

Responsibilities:

  • Champion a warm, positive, and organized front office experience for all visitors, families, and students
  • Provide direct administrative support to the Principal and Assistant Principals, including scheduling and calendar management
  • Oversee student enrollment operations, including waitlist tracking, application processing, recruitment planning, and compliance with student records requirements
  • Manage daily communications by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and sharing important school information clearly and accurately
  • Maintain student and HR records, support fiscal operations, and fill in as needed to ensure seamless coverage
  • Support first aid, medication administration, and family communications around student needs
