Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin Special Education licensure required
• Experience working with cross-categorical caseloads at the elementary and/or high school levels
• Demonstrated skills in differentiating instruction and implementing IEPs
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with colleagues, students, and families
• Commitment to creating positive, inclusive classroom communities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement individualized instruction for students across a range of categories and grade levels
• Develop and monitor students Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff to achieve student goals
• Provide accommodations, modifications, and behavioral interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progress with parents and guardians
• Participate in meetings and professional development as required
