Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid Massachusetts Special Education teaching license is required
  • Previous experience working with students with mild to moderate or severe disabilities (K-12) is preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP process and documentation
  • Ability to adapt instruction for diverse learning needs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative approach with teachers, aides, and related service providers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and adapt curriculum for students with individualized educational needs
  • Write, implement, and monitor IEP goals and accommodations
  • Collect and analyze data to inform instruction and progress reporting
