Qualifications:

  • Active DESE license in moderate or severe special needs (required)
  • Previous experience teaching or working with high school students with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver specialized instruction aligned with each students needs
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with families and multidisciplinary teams
  • Utilize evidence-based interventions for behavior and emotional regulation
  • Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and interventions
  • Provide guidance, advocacy, and encouragement to students in both academic and social-emotional domains

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
