Qualifications:
- Valid DESE license in Moderate or Severe Special Needs (required)
- Experience teaching high school students with social, emotional, or behavioral challenges strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to adapt curriculum and instruction for individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with faculty, families, and support staff
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive classroom culture
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction aligned with IEP goals
- Use evidence-based strategies to support students academic, emotional, and behavioral growth
- Collaborate with school teams, families, and outside providers to ensure holistic student support
- Maintain accurate records, progress data, and compliance with special education laws and policies
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives aimed at student success

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
