Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (state of Indiana required)
• Ability to work on-site throughout the school year
• Proven experience with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver differentiated lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
• Lead IEP meetings, collaborating with teams to create and update IEPs
• Work closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
