• Valid Special Education Teaching credential or equivalent

• Strong background in differentiating instruction for learners with diverse needs
• Proficiency in IEP development and progress monitoring
• Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
• Experience supporting Math instruction
• Solid classroom and behavior management skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized and small group instruction based on student IEPs
• Collaborating with general education teachers and support staff for optimal student outcomes
• Developing, implementing, and updating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Assessing students needs and monitoring progress toward goals
• Facilitating family communication and engagement
• Supporting students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
