Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification for Special Education (or eligibility in Michigan)
• Experience working with K-8 students preferred
• Strong classroom management and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Support K-8 students in a resource classroom setting
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
