Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility for certification)
  • Experience working in K-8 settings preferred

  • Comfortable addressing a range of behaviors compassionately and effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to a resource room environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate closely with parents, administrators, and therapists
  • Utilize multiple instructional strategies to support diverse learners
