Qualifications & Experience:

• Current special education teaching credential or eligibility to obtain one.
• Proven experience working with students in grades Pre-K through 12, including differentiated instruction.
• Solid background in creating and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Strong math teaching skills across all grade levels.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with students, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies for diverse learners and needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver individualized lesson plans and interventions.
• Evaluate student progress and modify approaches as needed.
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers.
• Conduct assessments and help facilitate IEP meetings.
• Provide support and guidance to families on student development.
• Foster an inclusive, positive classroom environment.
