Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts Special Education License required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
  • Design engaging, differentiated instruction across a variety of classroom settings (resource, inclusion, self-contained, etc.)
  • Work collaboratively with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed, documenting outcomes in line with school and district policies
  • Engage with families and caregivers to enhance learning, share progress, and support student growth

Compensation for this position ranges from $24.00 to $47.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
