Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Special Education Teaching License (required)

- Ability to adapt and modify curriculum to support student success and growth
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs
- Provide instruction in resource, self-contained, or inclusion classrooms as assigned
- Collaborate effectively with general education teachers, related service providers, and administrators
- Track, assess, and document student progress toward academic and behavioral goals
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers regarding student progress
- Foster a supportive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment
