This full-time Special Education Teacher position offers an opportunity to provide dedicated support to K-8 students as a Case Manager in a school setting located in Pittsfield, NH. The role involves travel, allowing for the experience of different educational environments within the area. This is a contracted position with 35 hours per week and immediate hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs
• Manage caseloads for K-8 students requiring special education services
• Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure effective delivery of services
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to enhance learning outcomes
• Maintain detailed records and documentation as required by educational guidelines and regulations
• Facilitate communication between school personnel and families

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure in Special Education
• Experience working with students in grades K-8
• Strong organizational and case management skills
