Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Proven experience working with students with disabilities or individualized education needs
• Strong understanding of IEP (Individualized Education Program) development and implementation

• Comfortable with progress monitoring and documentation software

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver instruction based on students individual needs and IEP objectives
• Manage and adapt classroom routines and activities for multiple learning styles
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and administrators
• Track student progress and maintain accurate records
• Engage regularly with families regarding student growth and strategies for success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
