Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Certification (K-6) required
• Experience in resource or similar special education settings preferred
• Strong commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop tailored instructional plans and interventions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted academic and behavioral support to students in caseload
• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure accommodations are implemented
• Develop, review, and update IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Engage with families to foster a cooperative, supportive educational experience
• Monitor and document student progress through data-driven practices
• Foster a positive and encouraging classroom environment
