Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction in small groups or one-on-one in alignment with students IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and specialists to support student success
• Track students progress, document data, and participate in IEP meetings
• Develop engaging lessons and modify curriculum to address unique learning needs
• Utilize various classroom management strategies to foster an environment of respect and growth
• Advocate for students and help ensure all necessary accommodations are provided
