Working onsite with K-5th grade students as a Learning Behavior Specialist, youll grow as an educator through exposure to different school cultures and collaborate with dedicated education professionals. Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher in teaching from an accredited institution
- Active Pennsylvania State Special Education Certification (K-8 or N-12)
- Experience working with K-5 or elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction to K-5th grade students with learning and behavioral needs
- Adapt curriculum to accommodate varied learning styles
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Partner with other educators, support staff, and families for student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state guidelines
