Desired Qualifications:

• Active Texas EC Teacher Certification
• Previous experience teaching special education or working with students with diverse learning needs
• Deep understanding of IEP processes and compliance standards
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with parents, staff, and service providers

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address each students needs
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students with varying disabilities and abilities
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with all state and federal special education regulations
• Partner with general education teachers to support inclusion strategies
• Communicate regularly with families to share progress and provide resources
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training
