Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license (required)
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher at the elementary, middle, or high school level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Commitment to creating supportive, inclusive classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and interventions based on students IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
