Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Special Education teaching certification for Arizona (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working with students with autism, learning disabilities, or emotional/behavioral disabilities preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong classroom management, communication, and collaboration skills
