Key Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teacher certification for the state
• Strong background in supporting students across a wide age range (322 years)
• Prior experience as a case manager preferred
• Proficiency working with Embrace, especially within the CPS System portal
• Understanding of IEP development and management
• Collaborative mindset to engage with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and individualized support to students with varied needs
• Manage case files, conduct IEP meetings, and oversee compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain strong communication with families, staff, and administrators
• Collaborate with colleagues, attend team meetings, and coordinate services for students
• Leverage technology and digital IEP systems to document progress and update student plans
