Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Active teaching certification in Special Education (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in working with students in Early Childhood, Pre-K, Kindergarten, elementary (K5), middle school (grades 68), and high school (grades 912).
• Proficiency in supporting students with diverse learning needs, including Math instruction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to individualized education plans (IEPs) and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Flexibility to adapt instructional methods to meet varied student abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective instructional plans for a diverse caseload of students requiring special education services.
• Facilitate small group and individualized instruction, with a focus on Math and other core subjects when needed.
• Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with all state and federal requirements.
• Regularly communicate with parents, caregivers, and education teams to support student growth.
