Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois Special Education (IL SPED) certification is mandatory
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Proven ability to develop and implement individualized instructional plans

Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored lessons for kindergarten students in a self-contained classroom
- Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment

- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as required
