Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification appropriate for grades Pre-K through 12
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering instruction across multiple education levels (Early Childhood, K-5, 6-8, 9-12)
• Experience in tailoring instruction to meet Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and diverse student needs
• Strong ability to adapt teaching strategies for math curriculum and core academic subjects
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with students, families, and educational teams
• Flexibility to support classrooms from Pre-School through High School as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans for students with special needs
• Provide specialized instruction and differentiation in small group and whole class settings
• Modify curriculum and create supportive, engaging learning environments
• Track and document student progress, communicating results with parents/guardians and staff
• Collaborate with educational specialists, paraprofessionals, and support personnel
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices
