Special Education Teacher - Full-Time | Full School Year Contract

Caseloads Available Include:
- Elementary Self-Contained
- Middle School / High School Resource
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized instruction based on students IEP goals
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers in co-teaching environments
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and student progress
- Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Utilize evidence-based strategies for academic, behavioral, and social-emotional growth
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
- Valid state certification in Special Education
- Experience in self-contained or resource/co-teaching settings preferred
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- Ability to collaborate and build positive relationships
- Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
