Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid Kansas K-12 SPED Teaching License
• Special education classroom experience strongly preferred
• Ability to manage multiple school sites and flexible scheduling
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to collaboration with school teams, families, and other professionals
• Familiarity with IEP processes and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel between assigned schools to deliver direct special education services
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain effective communication and partnership with staff and families
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to accommodate diverse learners
• Complete progress reports and student documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development activities
