- Proficiency in utilizing technology for instruction and documentation (essential for virtual candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
- Provide direct instructional support in one-on-one, small group, or classroom settings
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students unique needs
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers and related service providers
- Maintain accurate records, monitor student progress, and regularly communicate updates with parents and staff
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
