Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota SPED Tier 2-4 teacher license (required)
  • Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher (preferred)
  • Comfortable supporting middle school-aged students (MS ages)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in settings 1-2 with other educators and paraprofessionals
  • Strong communication and organization skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct instruction to two small groupsmath focus & social skills
  • Manage a caseload of 15 middle school students
  • Partner with a team including another teacher and multiple experienced paraprofessionals
  • Implement IEP goals, monitor progress, and adapt teaching strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate with families and staff

Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $39.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
