Responsibilities:
-Design and implement individualized instruction aligned with students IEP goals.
-Create and maintain a structured, positive classroom environment that supports behavioral and academic success.
-Use evidence-based instructional and behavior management strategies.
-Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
-Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
-Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reporting
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in education or special education
-Must have an active Minnesota DOE special education certification
-Must be authorized to work in the US
-Pass background check and drug screening
