Qualifications and Experience:

• Minnesota Special Education Teacher license required (Tier 3 or Tier 4 only)
• Demonstrated experience with early childhood and special education populations
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with children, staff, and families
• Dedication to promoting positive learning outcomes in inclusive settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and interventions for students ages 35 with varying needs
• Develop and monitor IEPs tailored to student strengths and needs
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and support professionals
• Maintain a caring, engaging, and organized classroom environment
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school events
