Key Qualifications:

• Eligible for or possession of a Professional Educators Certificate in Primary/Elementary Education, ESE.
• Bachelors degree in education, early childhood, special education, or related field.
• Reading Endorsement and ESOL certification required (or willingness to enroll to obtain).
• Completion of the Department of Children & Family Child Care Training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Foster both academic and social skill growth according to individualized educational plans.
• Provide backup coverage for the Director when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with families and staff to support student progress.
